Graduated from university of the sciences in Philadelphia with a B.S. in health sciences and minor in health and fitness management. Then completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Puja started her career in Northern New Jersey as an outpatient staff physical therapist at Kessler rehabilitation. There she continued her passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation with gaining experience in specialized manual therapy. Puja was then selected to be the center manager for Kessler rehabilitation where she developed and implemented various health & wellness programs. Puja and her husband decided to move to Branchburg, NJ where she accepted a position as a Director of Rehabilitation. As a physical therapist, Puja has primarily worked with outpatient orthopedics with an emphasis on patient-centered manual therapy & treatment. To empower patient centered physical therapy and effectively maintaining a patient's well-being, Puja opened Align Physical Therapy & Wellness.

 

On a personal note, when Puja is not helping her patients and clients return back to their best self; Puja loves to spend time with her husband and her beautiful daughter. Born & raised in the Philadelphia region, Puja is always cheering on the Eagles & Phillies!
